Why us · 10,000+ visas approved

Moving to Spain shouldn't need a law degree.
It needs a team that's done it 10,000 times.

Here's exactly what you get: what the fee buys, the technology behind your case, and every step, including the few we can't do for you.

The honest version

What we can't promise, and what we do instead.

Sometimes you need a lawyer. For legal advice on unusual cases, our partner attorney offers a €65 half-hour consultation. We'll point you there when it applies.
We don't decide your visa. The UGE, consulates and Extranjería do. We make sure your file is never the reason for a delay.
Some steps are in person.Consulate appointments, biometrics and TIE fingerprints. We tell you what to bring, so you go once.
We're not free.Doing it yourself costs less in euros and more in weeks. Our fees are flat and published, so you can compare.
“Even when the UGE came back asking for additional information, our case manager had our backs every step of the way.”

Questions about working with us

What does my fee include?

A named case manager, document review, sworn translations on most routes, submission or a ready-to-present booklet, appeals for unfair refusals, your dashboard and app, and guidance after approval. Each visa page lists exactly what's in and out.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Create a free account and book a 20-minute consultation with a visa expert. No card, no obligation.

How are you different from a law firm?

We're a case-management agency with flat, published fees, a dashboard and a named case manager. We don't represent clients before the authorities; if you need a lawyer, we'll say so.

What if I'm refused?

Approved or you don't pay us: if your visa isn't approved, you don't make the last payment. Earlier payments cover work already done and, like government and consular fees, aren't refunded. Appeals are included if you're refused unfairly.

How do I follow my case?

In your dashboard and the iOS and Android apps, with push notifications for approvals, payments and resolutions.
