Partnership questions
It depends on how hands-on you want to be. Software if your own team runs the cases; White Label for a branded service without building a team; Full-Service if you want the client communication handled too; Affiliate for referrals only. Not sure? Get in touch and we'll point you to the right fit.
You do. Your clients experience the service as your own, while our case managers handle the visa casework, document preparation and compliance behind the scenes. You follow every case in your partner portal, pay our partner rate per case with no monthly fee, and set your own price. The White Label page has a live demo of the portal and an earnings calculator.
They sign up on a portal at your web address and log in with an email code to see their tasks, documents and messages under your brand. Our case managers run the case and the conversation in your name, and payments land in your own Stripe account. See the Full-Service page for how setup works.
A standard 5% commission on what each referred client pays, earned once their process is completed and paid monthly by bank transfer, with a statement of every referral. Your referred clients get a discount on eligible services. The calculator on the Affiliate page shows what that comes to, and the live demo shows the dashboard.

No, and that includes partner-referred clients. Bureaucracy.es is an immigration consultancy: we prepare, review and manage cases, and official bodies make every decision. We keep that accurate in every partner agreement.
Under a GDPR-aligned data-processing agreement covering legal basis, purpose and retention. Partners capture their client's consent to share data with us before the handoff.
