Immigration services under your brand
Offer visa and relocation support to your clients as if it were built in-house. We handle the casework, compliance, and paperwork behind the scenes — while you keep the brand and own the relationship.
How White Label works
You stay the face of the service. We become your immigration department — invisible to your clients.
Your brand, end to end
Every email, document, and portal carries your name. Your clients never see ours — the relationship stays entirely yours.
A dedicated specialist team
Experienced immigration case managers handle each application with consistent quality and fast turnaround.
Flexible, scalable packages
Choose which services and visa types you offer, and scale volume up or down with demand — without hiring.
A clear two-way process
You collect and pass along complete client documentation using our intake checklist — this is the main thing that keeps cases moving on time. In return, we give you status updates on an agreed cadence (typically weekly) so you always know what to tell your client.
Is this for you?
Typical White Label partners:
Relocation agencies, corporate mobility firms, coworking and co-living operators, universities and business schools, and real estate agencies with international clients.
This is likely a fit if:
- You want to offer immigration services under your own brand without your clients ever knowing Bureaucracy is involved
- You're comfortable owning client communication and support, while we handle the casework
- You want to set your own resale pricing — we don't have visibility into or a claim on what you charge your client
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about offering immigration services under your own brand.
What exactly is white-labelled?
The client-facing parts — communications, documents, and the case portal — are all branded as your own. The immigration expertise behind them is ours.
Which services can we offer?
All of them — visa applications, document preparation, appointment booking, renewals, and ongoing case support across Spain's main visa routes.
Do our clients ever deal with Bureaucracy directly?
No. You own the relationship and stay the single point of contact; we operate behind the scenes and report to you.
Can we add it to our existing offering?
Yes. Many partners bolt immigration onto relocation, legal, or HR services without new hires or new infrastructure.
How are we billed?
We agree a clear partner rate per case or package, so your margins stay predictable — typically a deposit when a case starts and the balance at a defined milestone like filing. Contact us and we'll scope it with you.
How is our clients' data handled?
Since client data moves from you to us to process each case, our agreement includes a data-processing clause covering the legal basis for sharing, retention, and how we protect it — in line with GDPR. You're responsible for capturing your client's consent to share their data with us before handing off a case.
What's the contract term?
Standard terms run 12 months, auto-renewing, with 30 days' written notice to end the agreement on either side. Exclusive arrangements are available for partners with meaningful, consistent volume — ask us if that fits your situation.
Does Bureaucracy represent our clients before Spanish immigration authorities?
We're an immigration consultancy — we prepare, review, and manage each case, but we don't represent clients before government bodies directly. This is true for White Label cases the same as any other, and it's something we keep accurate in the underlying agreement even though your brand is what your client sees.
