Choosing a visa

Which visa is right for me?

It depends on where your money comes from. Remote work for foreign clients or employers points to the Digital Nomad Visa; savings or pension to the Non-Lucrative Visa; a Spanish job offer to Highly Skilled Worker; a course to the Student Visa. The quiz checks it in two minutes.

Can I apply from inside Spain?

Some routes allow it, such as the Digital Nomad Visa via the UGE and higher-education student visas. Others, like the Non-Lucrative Visa, must start at a consulate in your country of residence.

How long does it take?

From about 3 weeks to a few months, depending on the route and the authority. Citizenship takes 12–24 months. Each page shows its typical range.

Can I include my family?

Most routes allow a spouse or partner and dependent children. Each family member has their own fee, listed with every visa.

What does a refusal cost me?

Not the last payment: approved or you don't pay us. If your visa isn't approved, you don't make the last payment. Earlier payments cover work already done and, like government and consular fees, aren't refunded. Appeals are included if you're refused unfairly.

Not sure which one is yours?

Two minutes, five questions, an honest answer, even when it's no.
